實(shí)驗室通風(fēng)控制系統
通風(fēng)系統的主要功能是排除實(shí)驗室空間的有害氣體、蒸汽、灰塵，并輸入經(jīng)處理的新鮮空氣，創(chuàng )造舒適、健康的實(shí)驗室工作環(huán)境。按照其作用可分為全面通風(fēng)、局部通風(fēng)、混合通風(fēng)。 全面通風(fēng):在整個(gè)房間內，全面地進(jìn)行空氣交換。有害物在很大范圍內產(chǎn)生并擴散的房間，就需要全面通風(fēng)，以排出有害氣體或送人大量的新鮮空氣，將有害氣體濃度沖淡到允許濃度以?xún)取?/p> 局部通風(fēng):將污濁空氣或有害物氣體直接從產(chǎn)生的部位抽出，防止擴散到全室;或將新鮮空氣送到某個(gè)局部地區，改善局部地區的環(huán)境條件。當車(chē)間內某些設備產(chǎn)生大量危害人體健康的有害氣體時(shí)，采用全面通風(fēng)不能沖淡到允許濃度或采用全面通風(fēng)很不經(jīng)濟時(shí)，可采用局部通風(fēng)。 混合通風(fēng):是指用全面的送風(fēng)和局部排風(fēng)，或全面的排風(fēng)和局部的送風(fēng)混合起來(lái)的通風(fēng)形式。 ventilation system's main function is to eliminate laboratory space harmful gas,steam,dust,and input the treatment ofresh air,createa comfortable and healthy laboratory work environment.According to its function,these can be divided into comprehensive ventilation,local ventilation,mixing ventilation.
